Shipping Policy

What is your standard shipping rate?

All CPAP, VPAP, BiPAP, mask and humidifier orders ship for FREE!  All other orders totaling $75 or more will ship FREE. All orders totaling less than $75 will ship for a flat rate of $9.95. Delivery estimates for Standard Shipping is 4-5 business days with the USPS.  If you require your products faster, we offer expedited shipping with FedEx.  Please call or chat online with us about specific shipping rates with FedEx expedited shipping.  NOTE: FedEx expedited options DO NOT deliver on Saturday/Sunday.  Most orders that are placed before 4:00pm Eastern M-F are shipped directly from our warehouse the same day that order is placed and prescription is received.   Since we use the USPS for all our shipping needs and FedEx for expedited shipping, we are relying on those services for timely deliveries, but once a package has been handed off to the USPS, there can be disruptions that are out of our control, such as weather or other natural events.  

Where do you ship/deliver?

We ship throughout the United States and internationally to most countries.  International shipping rates will apply with the exception of CPAP and BiPAP machine sales.

Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, to more than 100 countries around the world.  However, you may be limited by the product selections that are available due to specific manufacturer's guidelines.  Some manufacturers do not restrict this, so please call or chat online if you are interested in this option.  Please call us or chat online for questions about whether we ship to your country or not.

How can I track my order?

We immediately send you an email when the package is shipped containing a tracking number that is assigned by the USPS or by FedEx. You can easily follow the progress of your package and check your order status by entering your order number and zip code at: www.fedex.com or www.usps.com

Are all products available internationally?

Most products are available internationally, however, you may be limited by the product selections that are available due to specific manufacturer's guidelines.  Some manufacturers do not restrict this, so please call or chat online if you are interested in this option.   All ResMed products are for sale only to patients with in the United States and not to other third parties or businesses.  We have many international customers and can generally work with you to sort out the many available options to find one that is best for you.
