Return Policy

Activa Medical will accept ALL unopened product(s) for returns within 10 days of your ship date for a store credit or exchange. After 10 days a restocking fee of 15% (of total cost of product) may be charged and a credit for the difference will be issued back to you in the form of a store credit or exchange.  Products that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned for a store credit or an exchange unless they are defective.  Any defective product covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer warranty policy.

All returns are subject to our inspection.  A return authorization does not guarantee your returned item is eligible for an exchange or replacement.  Eligibility will be determined upon our inspection.

Shipping costs are not refundable.  Items that were purchased with “Free Shipping” will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Activa Medical will not pay for shipping charges incurred for any reason, and will not reimburse shipping charges for any reason.

Please follow these procedures in order for you to return the product(s):

  • Please call toll free 866-809-9357 for RA # (Returns Authorization Number) or fill out the “Return Items” form that is available to you on our website at www.Activa-Medical.com
  • Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Also, include your name, current shipping address, phone number and written explanation for the return and mail it to:

Warranty Issues

All products purchased come with the manufacturer's standard warranty.  Most manufacturers offer up to a 2-year warranty on their products, particularly on CPAP, BIPAP, and VPAP machines, 90 day warranty on all masks, and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. If the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us at 866-809-9357. If the product is defective we will issue an RA # for the return of that product, but you should note that it is the discretion and decision of the manufacturer to determine the warranty disposition, i.e., whether the machine will be replaced or repaired. We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return due to warranty issues. We will work with the manufacturer to replace the defective product and then we will return it to you. This process may take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
